Andy Peterson

Andy Peterson, New York City Based Saxophonist, is bringing his Quintet for another appearance at Jazz Central Studios. Andy Peterson brings a new and modern sound to the tenor, while still paying homage to the masters through the history of the music. Andy is a current first year masters student at the prestigious Manhattan School of Music, studying under Dayna Stephens and Phil Markowitz. The Quintet provides a diverse repertoire for listeners, including a mixture of originals as well as other bebop and modern jazz selections.
